Terms of Service
Effective date: July 21, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the OmniCommerce platform operated by OmniCommerce Solutions Pte Ltd. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the platform only in compliance with applicable laws and marketplace rules. You are responsible for your account activity, catalog content, pricing, and product compliance.
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Marketplace Integrations
Integrations with third-party marketplaces (such as Shopee and Lazada) are subject to those platforms' own terms, API limits, and operational policies. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policy changes.
5. Connected Email Accounts (Gmail and Microsoft Outlook)
The Service may allow you to optionally connect a personal or work email account so you can use in-product email features (for example search, read, draft, and send). Supported providers include Google Gmail and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 via their OAuth and API platforms.
By connecting an email account, you: (a) authorize OmniCommerce to access mailbox data only within the permissions you grant on the provider's consent screen; (b) represent that you have the right to connect that account and to grant those permissions (including any employer or tenant admin requirements for Microsoft 365); (c) agree that email features are provided subject to Google's and/or Microsoft's own terms, API limits, security policies, and availability; and (d) remain responsible for the content of messages you draft or send through the Service and for compliance with anti-spam, marketing, and communications laws.
We currently request mail-related permissions only (for example Gmail readonly/compose, and Microsoft Graph Mail.Read, Mail.ReadWrite, and Mail.Send, plus identity scopes needed to identify the account). We do not request calendar permissions for Google or Microsoft at this time. You may disconnect a connected email account at any time in Account → Email, and you may also revoke access in your Google Account or Microsoft account settings. Our collection and use of data from connected email accounts is described in our Privacy Policy (including the Google and Microsoft sections). We are not responsible for outages, permission changes, or policy enforcement by Google or Microsoft.
6. Fees and Billing
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to your selected subscription. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
The service and its software are owned by OmniCommerce Solutions Pte Ltd. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the platform.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniCommerce Solutions Pte Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
